Hey There

My name is Anita. I am a wife of 35 years, mother of 3 amazing adult children and 2 beautiful grandchildren. I am extremely passionate about helping others reach their goals to optimal health and happiness. I am a reiki Master, have attended many healing workshops and am a certified healing coach. I practice self-love, self-worth and different healing modalities providing me with great tools to help you. I have spent the last 7 years in a healing journey from loss, sickness, a child going through divorce and becoming an empty nester. In wanting to find oneself and health from all these obstacles I went on this journey of healing to become a healthier person emotionally, mentally and physically. Today I celebrate and am very grateful for the person I have become. I love all healing modalities, especially meditation. I am a very compassionate and kind person with lots of empathy. I am always willing to listen with an open ear. I started Harmonic Haven to help you on your journey of wellness. Anyone can benefit from time in the egg.
